The students form the most important part of the class that is adapted to their needs and abilities. Sensation and visualization are key elements. We insist on correct breathing and we use techniques to concentrate the mind.
The classes are based on the following elements:
Relaxation with awareness of the body and the breath. Series of asanas (yoga stances) of various levels. Breathing practice (pranayama). Deep concentration that induces the state of meditation.
